BJP withdraws support to Mayavati Government in Uttar Pradesh. UP Governor Motilal Vohra accepts the resignation of Mayawati and her cabinet but asks her to continue as caretaker government. BJP's top brass takes the final decision to break with the BSP.

The entire film was shot in a theatre at Mangaldas Wadi in Bombay, where the Sangit Mandali, a professional theatre group, was performing a play 'Pundalik'. Bhagat Singh and his associates showed no signs of any fear as they kissed the noose, chanting ""Inquilab Zindabad"" (long live the revolution). |
