The law firm of Stark & Stark announced that Shareholder Bhaveen R. Jani was named New Jersey Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice.
The position of Revitalization Governor is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, the governing body that helps further its mission to promote justice and fairness for injured persons and safeguard victims' rights. Mr. Jani will serve a two-year term in this position.
"I am honored to have been selected by my colleagues to serve in this vital role on a national level where I can advocate for a fair legal system," said Mr. Jani. "My perspective as a New Jersey trial lawyer will also be an asset to the AAJ as we work to protect practices, clients' rights and the civil justice system."
Mr. Jani, a resident of Flemington, serves as the American Association for Justice Minority Caucus Fundraising Co-Chair and on the Membership Outreach Committee as the Chair on the Subcommittee for Minority Bar Organizations. He is a trial attorney in Stark & Stark's Accident & Personal Injury Group and co-chairs its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Mr. Jani is also the Immediate Past President of the South Asian Bar Association of NJ.
