Gurugram, March 17 (IANS) Gurugram Police have arrested four members of a gang for the Rs 17 lakh robbery on March 13, the police said here on Sunday.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajbeer Deshwal said: "Around 10 members of the gang struck at a company called Imperia Structure Ltd in sector 62 of Gurugram on March 13 with fire arms and iron rods."
They attacked security guards and held them hostage at gun point and took away valuable goods from the office, he said.
Following the complaint by a company official Mohamad Nawajish, the police started scanning the CCTV footage installed at the premises and gleaned some clues, the DCP said.
According to the DCP, during investigation, Sagar alias Sunny was arrested from his village Roj-ka-Mew on Saturday, who later revealed information about other accused.
Later, Ravi, Sumit alias Sunny, and Sagar Tanwar were nabbed from Maruti Kunj, Damdama and Bahrampur, respectively, on Sunday, the DCP said.
The accused have also confessed to committing a robbery in five-star hotel Grand Hyaat in sector 65 of Gurugram on February 26.
