2/8/1921Akbar Abul-Fath Djalaluddin, third Mughal Emperor of India (1556-1605), was born at Amarkot in Sind under the protection of Rana Virsal. Humayun had also taken refuge at Amarkot.
12/30/1906The All India Muslim League was founded in Dacca by a group of big landlords which included Aga Khan III, The Nawab of Dacca and Nawab Mohsin-ul-Mulk-Salimullah. They supported the Partition of Bengal and called for seperate Muslim electrorates and other safeguard for Muslims.
