Fresh grated Coconut 1.5 cup Cashew nuts & Almonds( chopped )1/ 2 cup sugar 3/4 cup Milk 1.5 cup Green Cardamom powder a pinch Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup (optional) Unsalted Butter/ghee 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions
Take a pan add milk,coconut & sugar cook on med heat.till it start leaving it side. Turn off heat. add cashew,almonds & green cardamom powder.mix properly. Grease ur hand with unsalted butter/ ghee. When a mixture cools down but a bit warm.take a portion rolled between palms making Round shape. Roll in desiccated coconut powder(optional). Enjoy !!! Sugar quantity used as per own taste buds. One can add pistachios/Raisins too.
