Preheat oven 450 f. Cut top of bell pepper .remove seed from inside.cut a little bit base to keep it balanced. Take a bowl add all ingredients .mix properly .now pour mixture inside bell pepper .bake around 30-35.Cut in halves for a cheesy flavor. Serve as side dish or as breakfast.
