Stuffed Bell pepper with egg : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
Bell peppers 1
Onion finely chopped
Tomatoes deseeded & chopped
Green chilli finely chopped
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Egg 1
Cilantro /parsley finely chopped

Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven 450 f.
Cut top of bell pepper .remove seed from inside.cut a little bit base to keep it balanced.
Take a bowl add all ingredients .mix
properly .now pour mixture inside bell pepper .bake around 30-35.Cut in halves for a cheesy flavor.
Serve as side dish or as breakfast.
Tips:- any veg of ur own choice.
For desi flavor add indian spices ..too
