The Dream Valley Group partners with AP Economic Development Board
Aims to build excellence in sustainable tourism
Hyderabad, India, 7th March 2019: The Hyderabad based Dream Valley Group has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the AP Economic Development Board. The Dream Valley Group will partner with APEDB with an objective to boost the tourism sector and build a robust hospitality and luxury living ecosystem in AP.
As part of the MoU, the Dream Valley Group has proposed
5-star golf resort at Visakhapatnam or Amaravathi
Beach Resort at Yarada, Visakhapatnam or Machilipatnam
Adventure Park at Gandikota or Araku
Yacht or house boat at Papikondalu or Konaseema River belt or Kolleru
Wildlife Tourism at Maredumilli or Sri Venkateswara National Park or Alluri Sitaramaraju Forest in Prakasam District and Kurnool District etc.
This MoU with the AP Government is aimed at boosting the state's economy with tourism playing an important role. The state is adorned with attractive destinations, and Dream Valley Group in association with the AP government will work towards making these places more accessible to domestic and international travelers.

Speaking at the signing ceremony at Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Devidas Manghnani, Business Development Head, Dream Valley Group, adds We are happy to announce that, in a way, we already have ventured in by associating ourselves with Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department, we have taken up a property on the beautiful Beach of Yarada, Vishakhapatnam. He further adds that Andhra Pradesh has huge scope for nature-based tourism and our group is eager to expand on various tourist fronts such as Golf, Beach, Water sports or River (Yacht tourism) and Adventure. Our confidence and conviction are doubled under the steer ship and vision of Mr. Santosh Reddy, our chairman, and the young enthusiastic team of Mr. Prithvi Reddy and Mr. Akash Reddy.
